All ATMs with PSA ATM software are operationally monitored by PSA. If a customer would like direct access to information on the status of their ATM, PSA also offers access to the monitoring system Bankomat®Manager upon request. Among other things, this access enables the customer to:
- View recorded master data for the device,
- Set alerts in case of failure (SMS and/or email)
- Query the status of their own devices
- Display the level of the cash cassettes
- View the electronic journal
- Query extended error information for optimized technician deployments
- Submit damage reports
- Administrator functions
Optionally, PSA can also take over the technical maintenance and filling of the ATMs with cash.
