Furthermore, it is possible to approach the Joint Conciliation Board of the Austrian Banking Industry. Pursuant to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, the latter must ensure adequate, independent, impartial, transparent and effective alternative dispute resolution procedures for disputes between payment service providers and payment service users who are consumers.
