PSA handles all the necessary operational customer services related to our products. This applies to bank card products as well as to ATMs. The diverse services range from central master data management and classic complaint processing to a wide range of other support services such as handling chargebacks for our customers.

The areas of responsibility are rounded out by a 24/7 lost card hotline and technical 1st-level support for self-service devices at the banks.
