The PSA ATM system is a state-of-the-art, modular ATM system. For customers who use this service, PSA not only processes the individual transactions, but also provides modern software for ATMs. In addition to cash withdrawals, the software also offers the following business cases:
- Loading of mobile phone prepaid cards
- Query of the balance on the card
- Change the PIN or unlock the PIN for the card provided the card issuer supports these functions.
- Dynamic currency conversion for foreign cardholders in their home currency (DCC))
As well as the following functions:
- Multilingual interface
- Support for the blind and visually impaired
- On-screen contrast menu for the visually impaired
- Audio output via audio jack (3.5 mm jack plug) for the blind
- Contactless function (NFC)
- Camera surveillance
Every ATM that is operated by PSA may be called Bankomat® and may also be labeled with the green-blue “B”, which is widely recognized at least in Austria.
